Location: St. Paul, Minnesota
Noon2Noon Corporation serves as the parent company for a family of brands ecommerce online shopping malls that include:
Noon2Noon.COM (an all-purpose ecommerce online shopping mall), MondayThruSunday.COM (an electronics ecommerce online shopping mall) and
Raindbow180.COM (a specialized, luxury and upscale, all-purpose ecommerce online shopping mall).
We are looking for an energetic, strategic, visionary, and ambitious individual to take over the position from the founder as
President/CEO of our exciting new startup corporation and take the corporation to the next level. The President and CEO connects the
Board of Directors (Board) to the organization and is the singular position responsible to oversee operations, execute long-term
strategic plans, and design appropriate procedures and practices to carry out Board policies. As the President and Chief Executive Officer,
he/she must work hand-in-hand with the Board to establish a clear direction of the corporation, establish long and short range operating plans tied to
budgets and aligned with the mission, provide effective and efficient support services, and deliver overall profitability of the
divisional and/or subsidiary operations. That leader will be a visible model of leadership, managerial excellence, and integrity,
and will be responsible for the following attributes, but not limited to these only:
Develop and implement an online retail strategy to optimize/rationalize current and future strategy.
Look to the future to maximize opportunities, minimize threats, and optimize organizational strengths to effectively deliver sustainable
operations and consistent growth.
Building a world-class team with an eye toward the future. Looking to hire team with the 'goal' of 'hiring the best of the best' that the
world has to offer.
Advisor to the Board on business operations and strategic initiative delivery results, ensures Board and organization have sufficient
and up-to-date information and ongoing reporting to make good decisions, and empower management and staff to maximize contributions
for the good of the corporation.
Decision Maker - Delegates and formulates strategic initiatives to keep organization on track with long-term desires of the Board, utilizes the best
talent in the best placement, and maximizes resources.
Accountability - Solely accountable to deliver desired results that create value for customers and tightly connect the relationships
between strategy, processes, architecture, resources, systems, and empowerment.
Laws - Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws covering business operations activities.
Expansion - Has a strong inclination for future expansion globally.
Education and Experience:
Any combination of education and experience that will likely provide the required knowledge and ability to perform the essential duties
and responsibilities of the President and CEO will be considered, and with the preferred minimum qualifications to be determined upon
interview/consultation in person.
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field with a proven track record is
preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5-10 years of executive experience in management and/or with at least 3 years as a CEO or COO (Chief Operating Officer) is
preferred but not required.
Salary Compensation: Salary, equity and percentage of ownership are negotiable for potential candidate. Lots of equity awaits
